Doll(')s fiction

The work of Malakoff artist Martina Büttner has been chosen to be exhibited in the Malakoff’s new media library, nearby Paris. Doll’s phantasies or rather dreams about dolls? With dolls and soft toys, in seemingly material paintings as well as with real reworked, packaged toys in installations, Martina Büttner creates deep-acting scenes about humanity, history, past, present and future.
